what do you do when someone interrupts your presentation?

had a meeting yesterday where someone kept asking questions mid-slide. totally threw off my flow.

do you:

a) answer immediately and risk going off track

b) say "let's hold questions till the end"

c) something else?

still figuring out how to handle this gracefully
