anyone else get anxious before presenting?

this might be off topic but figured this community might relate. i get super nervous before any presentation even when my slides look good.

having nice looking slides helps a bit because at least i'm not embarrassed by the design but the nerves are still there.

any tips for the actual presenting part? how do you calm down before going on?
